Below are the steps to apply:
An application should be completed for each NEW student, including new students of returning families.
ADMISSION PROCESS
St. Theresa School is on a rolling admissions calendar year, therefore applications are processed in the order they are received. New families are encouraged to apply early to ensure placement.
Submit an application and include your child's birth certificate to reserve placement for your child. Completing the application is the first step to secure your child's spot for the upcoming school year.
2. Set up your Blackbaud Tuition Managment Account
Use this link when setting up your Blackbaud account for the 2025-26 school year. Blackbaud Tuition Management services charges a $40 annual administration fee. Sibling discounts are available for students enrolled in Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
3. Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of $125 per student is required to secure your child's enrollment. This will be charged when setting up your Blackbaud Family Tuition account. Please note, the fee will increase to $150 on February 15, 2025.

Do you qualify for Financial Assistance?
We want to make a Catholic Education accessible to all families. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify. To apply for financial assistance you must first complete step 1 followed by the Blackbaud Financial Aid Applicaiton see below link:
